Your contract with us begins once you receive a confirmation email. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. These terms are governed by English law.
Once your test results are available, you should discuss them with your GP or fertility specialist. Fertility Express does not provide interpretation of test results.

We partner with TDL Pathology (The Doctor’s Laboratory) at 76 Wimpole Street, a trusted and established provider of pathology services. You can access our services by placing an order online or contacting us via email.
We are committed to delivering high-quality service at every stage, working closely with the TDL Laboratory Service Centre, Laboratory Sample Reception, and Results Department to ensure fast, efficient processing of your results.
A copy of these terms and conditions is available at the time of ordering and will also be included in your confirmation email.
By purchasing any product or service from Fertility Express Ltd (“FE”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us.

You may purchase products for yourself or others. Each person providing a sample must activate their test by registering their details.
Test activation confirms agreement to these Terms.
A user account requires your full name, address, gender, and date of birth—used for sample verification at our partner laboratories.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Tests are only valid for use within the UK. Samples must be posted within the UK.
Our tests provide health-related information only and do not constitute a diagnosis.
We do not offer clinical or diagnostic advice.
You are responsible for selecting suitable tests and for consulting a GP regarding any test results.
If we suggest seeking medical advice, it is your responsibility to follow up. FE is not liable for outcomes if you choose not to act on that advice.
By using our services, you agree to share abnormal results with your GP or qualified medical professional. FE is not liable if you fail to do so.

Full payment must be received before processing begins.
A contract is formed once we send your confirmation email (“Acceptance Confirmation”).
Tests are valid for 14 days from order processing.
By submitting a sample, you give informed consent to proceed with testing.
Payment must be made by debit or credit card.

Prices are listed on our website at the time of order.
Prices may change, but not for orders already placed.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
An order confirmation email will contain key instructions—please read it carefully. FE is not responsible if instructions are not followed.
Samples are only tested for the specific test(s) ordered.
Some tests require special preparation (e.g., fasting). You must follow these instructions exactly. FE is not responsible for inaccurate results due to improper preparation.
You may cancel within 30 days of receiving your confirmation email for a full refund, provided:
You have not submitted a sample
You have not attended an appointment

Refunds are issued within 10 working days to your original payment method.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
A sample has already been collected
The cancellation period has expired

Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
Emotional distress or indirect/consequential losses
Lost, delayed, or damaged samples
Delayed results
Errors from failing to follow pre-test instructions
Missed appointments
Your failure to act on results or medical advice
We do not limit our liability for:
Death or injury caused by our negligence
Fraud
Breach of statutory consumer rights
Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, natural disasters).
If such events occur, obligations are paused during the disruption. You may cancel your order if delays persist beyond 30 days.
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place your order will apply to your contract.
If changes affect your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel and receive a refund.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another party. This won’t affect your rights.
This contract is between you and us only.
Each clause operates independently. If any clause is found to be invalid, the rest remain in effect.
If we don’t enforce any part of the contract, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights.
